Gorselands Cottage is situated in the small village of Eairy, near Foxdale on the Isle of Man and is just 10 minutes drive from the airport at Ballasalla and the ferry terminal in the capital city of Douglas.

The cottage is on bus route 4, but bringing/hiring a car is advisable.



From the Airport

Turn left out of the airport onto the A5 to Castletown and after passing a garage on the right hand side, go right at the next 2 roundabouts. At traffic lights turn right onto the A3 to Foxdale. Once in Foxdale take first turning on right, down Mine’s Road you will pass Foxdale School on the left, then follow the road for approx 3 miles, over the lake, round the hairpin and continue up the hill. We are a the top of the hill on the left hand side. The main house and cottage are clearly visible from the road.

From the Ferry Terminal

Turn left from the ferry terminal then left again, over bridge across the harbour. Follow signs for A5 to Castletown, keep on the A6 road until it goes under a railway bridge. You will pass a small school on the right hand side and come to a large roundabout, go straight across the roundabout and follow the A24 to Foxdale. Go straight at the next two small roundabouts. Follow the road for approx 4 miles, past the crossroads and up the hill, on the descent of the hill we are on the right. The gate is clearly signed.
